Quality issues with Design Associates product

I want to report a serious concern with Design Associates's membership that I purchased on April 16, 2009 from your Opalshire, North Dakota store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Randy E., but my issue remains unresolved.
