Unresolved issue with Ultimate Properties product

I purchased a appliance from Ultimate Properties on February 2, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bernita Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 17, 2025 05:55I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Ultimate Properties called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
