I want to report a serious concern with Innovative-Projects Holdings's unit that I purchased on April 3, 2006 from your Moenborough, Oregon store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Domenico M., but my issue remains unresolved.
