I am writing regarding order #ORD-1988-OGV-3908 placed with Clear-Beam on December 30, 2015. I paid $667.6 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Geovany G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $258.93 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
