I am writing regarding order #ORD-9422-TXJ-4954 placed with Fiber Telecom Saskatoon on June 2, 2014. I paid $439.12 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cecilia O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
