I purchased a software from Fiber Telecom Saskatoon on October 11, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hayley J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
