I want to report a serious concern with Build Bros's product that I purchased on August 30, 2008 from your West Kaneshire, Louisiana store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rashawn D., but my issue remains unresolved.
