I have been a loyal customer of SwiftCast for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-2052-LIB-8101) on August 19, 2011, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
