I am writing regarding order #ORD-3125-JTT-7035 placed with NetWave Broadband São Gonçalo Ltd. on April 1, 2020. I paid $261.29 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aurelio K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that NetWave Broadband São Gonçalo Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $103.73 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $103.73 for a air purifier that never worked properly.
