I am writing regarding order #ORD-3125-JTT-7035 placed with NetWave Broadband São Gonçalo Ltd. on April 1, 2020. I paid $261.29 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aurelio K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 06, 2025 05:34I want to acknowledge that NetWave Broadband São Gonçalo Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $103.73 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $103.73 for a air purifier that never worked properly.
