Delayed delivery from United-Works

On September 18, 2019, I signed up for United-Works's technical assistance at their New Isabella, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $287.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ottis H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
