Frustrated with Modern Contractors's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6123-HQK-1179 placed with Modern Contractors on January 12, 1987. I paid $939.16 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rodger G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
