I purchased a item from Renovations Group LLC on June 2, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adaline K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
