I have been a loyal customer of Innovative Projects for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-6146-PXH-9700) on September 1, 1971, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 5 days since my initial complaint, and Innovative Projects still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their professional setup.
