On January 23, 2017, I signed up for Modern Craft & Sons's consultation at their Austynfort, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $237.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Viva V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
