Unsatisfactory resolution from Ultimate Homes & Sons

I want to report a serious concern with Ultimate Homes & Sons's device that I purchased on June 24, 1990 from your Reingerland, Illinois store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lula F., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 17, 2025 05:11I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The fitness tracker from Ultimate Homes & Sons not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
