False promises made by Reliable Architecture representative

I want to report a serious concern with Reliable Architecture's plan that I purchased on April 30, 2002 from your DuBuqueville, Iowa store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Keegan W., but my issue remains unresolved.
