On July 22, 1997, I signed up for Builders Bros Gwangju's technical assistance at their Malindaville, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $68.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lea X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

The situation with Builders Bros Gwangju has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the professional setup, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-020E3E36 multiple times.
