I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Precision-Design Holdings. After paying $991.82 for device, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Chelsea E., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
