I am writing regarding order #ORD-6900-FWK-1215 placed with PulseData on July 18, 2021. I paid $557.47 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alexie D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because PulseData finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the mattress, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
