I'm writing to complain about the support package I received from Superior Build. After paying $109.19 for plan, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Colleen H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Superior Build called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
