I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Ultimate Design. After paying $320.30 for device, I found that it experienced frequent disconnections. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sam O., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After my initial complaint, Ultimate Design contacted me to troubleshoot the gaming console. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
