Properties Bros refused to address issue

On December 30, 1986, I signed up for Properties Bros's customer support at their Faychester, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $939.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jaylon V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 28, 2025 05:23Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $39.83 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
