On January 28, 2001, I signed up for Superior Craft & Sons's consultation at their Lillyton, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $608.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lavonne T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smart thermostat from Superior Craft & Sons not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
