United-Development provided defective product

On October 20, 1988, I signed up for United-Development's upgrade service at their Malloryburgh, California location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $83.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adolfo Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
