I have been a loyal customer of Builders Enterprises Geelong for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-6815-ALK-9617) on October 25, 1980, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 04, 2025 05:27I've received an email from Jennifer Jackson at Builders Enterprises Geelong offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The wireless speaker was clearly defective from the start.
