Tele-Tel provided defective product

On July 6, 1985, I signed up for Tele-Tel's exchange program at their Marjorieborough, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $625.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tristian Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
