Refund refused by Tele-Tel

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3593-BVL-9273 placed with Tele-Tel on February 7, 1976. I paid $633.19 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Manley I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 08, 2025 05:35I want to acknowledge that Tele-Tel has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $226.31 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $226.31 for a smart thermostat that never worked properly.
