I purchased a software from United-Builders on December 9, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Colton B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 16, 2025 05:52Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $409.65 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
