I am writing regarding order #ORD-4750-PBD-5982 placed with Reliable Works & Sons on November 5, 1998. I paid $403.81 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mina Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $178.51 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
