I have been a loyal customer of Master Architecture Professionals for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-8526-OJR-8856) on October 3, 2021, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Richard Lewis at Master Architecture Professionals offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The wireless speaker was clearly defective from the start.
