I have been a loyal customer of Design Company Tangerang for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-5762-THC-8994) on March 27, 1980, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Design Company Tangerang called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
