On August 13, 2008, I signed up for GlobalPhone Mobile LLC's support package at their Wizatown, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $327.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chesley I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 03, 2025 05:49I'm updating my complaint because GlobalPhone Mobile LLC finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the vacuum cleaner, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
