I want to report a serious concern with GlobalPhone Mobile LLC's accessory that I purchased on January 28, 1977 from your Bergstromburgh, West Virginia store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Richard D., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from GlobalPhone Mobile LLC called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
