On December 27, 1993, I signed up for GlobalPhone Mobile LLC's consultation at their Lake Robin, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $186.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Heidi A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
