I have been a loyal customer of SpectrumMobile for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-4383-AZW-4195) on October 20, 1999, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
