On March 30, 2008, I signed up for Architecture Contractors Enterprises's delivery service at their West Taya, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $442.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sage K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
