Quality issues with Architecture Contractors Enterprises product

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Architecture Contractors Enterprises. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the fitness tracker I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
