On March 11, 2000, I signed up for Construction Professionals Ltd.'s installation service at their Lake Keven, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $134.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ottis W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Construction Professionals Ltd. has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their upgrade plan.
