On March 8, 1998, I signed up for MobileNet Fiber's premium plan at their North Keshawn, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $306.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cortney C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $20.92 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
