Frustrated with Signal Networks's lack of response
Complaint Details
On December 18, 1999, I signed up for Signal Networks's repair service at their Braedenstad, Maine location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $312.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Evert X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 04, 2025 05:32I've received an email from Rowan Thomas at Signal Networks offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The coffee maker was clearly defective from the start.
