I want to report a serious concern with MobileCell Broadband Corp.'s product that I purchased on February 17, 1990 from your North Mireillehaven, North Carolina store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rico P., but my issue remains unresolved.
