I purchased a application from MobileCell Broadband Corp. on November 11, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Horace A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and MobileCell Broadband Corp. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their upgrade plan.
