On March 28, 1982, I signed up for Cast Services's consultation at their West Shanymouth, California location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $636.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kelley F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 16, 2025 05:55I want to acknowledge that Cast Services has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $144.61 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $144.61 for a coffee maker that never worked properly.
