I purchased a system from Cast Services on April 29, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lamont P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Cast Services contacted me to troubleshoot the blender. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
