I purchased a system from Cast Services on April 29, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lamont P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
