Unsatisfactory resolution from Quality Properties & Sons

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7204-YRP-6179 placed with Quality Properties & Sons on September 30, 1978. I paid $39.62 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fatima I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 06, 2025 05:49I want to acknowledge that Quality Properties & Sons has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $54.38 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $54.38 for a coffee maker that never worked properly.
