I am writing regarding order #ORD-7204-YRP-6179 placed with Quality Properties & Sons on September 30, 1978. I paid $39.62 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fatima I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Quality Properties & Sons has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $54.38 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $54.38 for a coffee maker that never worked properly.
