I am writing regarding order #ORD-5873-CYY-9518 placed with Structures Bros on March 1, 1977. I paid $891.1 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sigmund X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
