I am writing regarding order #ORD-2943-RFP-7981 placed with NetData Enterprises on December 2, 2008. I paid $464.94 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Luigi R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that NetData Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $295.26 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $295.26 for a blender that never worked properly.
