I am writing regarding order #ORD-5961-XFZ-1879 placed with NetData Enterprises on June 18, 2005. I paid $40.81 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amara Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
