I purchased a platform from NetData Enterprises on April 5, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lavada F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Thomas Moore from the Resolution Center at NetData Enterprises, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
