I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from Engineering Bros. After paying $551.95 for tool, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Brandyn G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 16, 2025 05:59I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Engineering Bros not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
